Yaaay! I'm getting closer and closer to being confirmed (April 21st). We just had our retreat this weekend, and well it was alright. Our religious ed teacher is quite strict, so she was being very serious about every little thing. We were there with another church, and most of us got along pretty well. The weather wasn't too great. It was cold and rainy. Which sucked because we were right by the water. Food was good and some of the activities were fun. The "artsy craftsy" stuff appealed to me the most. I'd like to give thanks to my aunties for their wonderful letters. No one knew we were getting letters from our family, so it was really a great surprise. My friend Hillary and I were both crying haha. Overall, I'm glad that I'm taking this step. I feel that I'm doing the right thing and hopefully carry my faith strongly. It was a good experience, and hope you enjoy these photos! :)

ReplyDeleteAww, I'm glad you liked your letter. Honestly, I didn't know what to say, so I just kept it simple and motivational. But yes, we are truly proud of you. You are growing up waaaay to fast. It helps me to stop and smell the roses with my own boys ;) And your pictures are great :)
